i am in fasialabad. Already visited Naeem Traders & SMC here but u r right not good for pockets. thats why want to visit Lahore. So Plz mention a place where variety is available at a reasonable price.

If you are based in FSD, simply visit Nadeem hardware at Satyana Road ahead of Macdonald or Izhar Brothers Sosan Road ahead of E-Mart. You will find good products with good price too.

W.r.t so far, as told earlier, Alpha Traders is good shop w.r.t variety and price.

From FSD, Light you can get form Premier Electric Store Bhawana Bazar, they exclusively deals in Phillips.

In Sargodha there is limited variety.

Pls do visit FSD which is nearest city. Visit Tile Select Sosan Road, they will deliver tiles to Sargodha in very nominal rate which is around 3000 to 3500 PKR.

Izhar dont have much variety in double n main door handles. Naeem Trader do have the variety but with high price. didt know about Nadeem Hardware but i will visit them now. visited Premier lights but not sure if their price is right. do u think i will get any advantage w.r.t price and variety if i visit Lahore/Alpha traders? also advise should i go for Philips or is there any reasonable chinese brand as well? cz its always better if we can save some money.

Visit Nadeem Hardware, you will not get disappointed.

Phillips is your choice, there are certainly many other brands. Orinet LEDs are also equally good, you can go with them. Visit of Lahore is only good if you have plan of bulk purchase, if less items then visit Nadeem hardware. Thanks

for Door Handles, I would advise you to visit Green Hardwares Beadon Road as well alongwith Alpha Hardwares as advised by Mr. Tajammal.

Green hardwares import themselves therefore you may find varity and favorable prices.

As for lighting, In my Opinion there are many brand which are very good but Philips is paramount when it comes to Lighting Quality, So if you can pay more then go for Philips without second thought.

If you are not going for Philips and require Smd lights for whole lahore, You may visit Shah Alam Market, The more you go inside the better price you will be offered.

Goto Syed Sons, for all the kitchen hardware and door handles. They have their branches in DHA, College Road, and Brandreth Road. Fixed prices and you wont get prices any better than them. Believe me, I have done my research. The other name you are taking Alpha, IM, SMC are just a rip off.

For LEDs, SMDs, go for Paklite.

Ghar ki civil foundatin,DPC k.bare maon btaiye.foundation ki depth kitni honi chahie?dpc kis level pr honi chihie aur foundation main kitni steel bars honi chahie?

Sir we have '' saim " issue in our areas. People use marble tiles, plastic sheets to cover dpc(foundation). But thats just a temp arrangement. What is best thing to do with foundation

Foundation depth depends upon site mud condition. Either soil test (with architect advise) will tell you how much depth shall be or during khudai where very hard solid like soil comes,usually khudai stops. In plain area like Lhr ,Fsd,multan with an levelled ground usually foundation is 2.5 to 4 ft max. In isb it varies greatly even upto 10ft it can be.abt steel bars structure engineer can tell/guide you better.though its an practice but i am unable to understand utility of steel bars pieces in damp.
