Its depends upon supply pressure as well. Ground floor or first floor also does make difference.

Lever based fittings nt recommended for low pressure supply or at 1st floor. Evaluate all factors then decide to buy.

However when I checked with a few companies that had some really nice looking melamine sheet based bookshelves (through facebook pages) they quoted some sky high prices. Am looking for this finish. Your input as always is highly appreciated.

Can you give me information about Perlino Marble as I'm considering it for my house flooring. How many types are there for this marble and how much good quality of Perlino marble costs? And is this a good marble for its price and what are alternatives in this price range?

Its an mid range marble. Available in 2 or 3 qualities, more cleaner it is more will be price. Extensively used in PK, you can use if you want.

My 10 marla house in bahria town Rawalpindi is in grey structure i.e. plaster and wiring completed. I want to complete only upper portion which has 3x bedrooms with wash rooms, a lounge and a kitchen. Can someone tell me total cost of finishing of only upper portion and cost details as just want to complete upper portion and shift into it first. Moreover, completion of upper portion as turnkey basis is feasible or otherwise. What will be cost difference?

Cost depends upon specs with which you like to go.

Detailed specs of each and everything from tile to very minor interior details required to have estimate. finishing costs after grey structure may vary from 1500 Rs/Sq ft to even 4000 rs/Sq Ft, it depends what quality you have in your mind.

W.r.t turn key, only labor rate shall be fixed if you want turn key. Project shall not be awarded on with material turn key with the scope of work you are telling as it will not be economical. Also its not possible that a single party have all the expertise from tiles installation to kitchen making then paint and polish so in my view even this will not be possible until you give it on turn key basis to any qualified contractor who have all the individuals teams. gentlemen, i hav a small family ( me and my wife) and wat to construct a house where covered area is minimum ( 3 bed rooms including upper storey) on a plot of 2 kanal ( max c9nstructed aread 10 marla) , is it gud idea. need ur advise. and any suggestion about design

What I understand from your requirement is that you want 10 marla house to be constructed on a 2 kanal plot. As a general principle it is not at all recommended due to the reason that it will only serve your present requirement and will be hindrance/ nuisance at later stage like selling or redesigning, keeping in mind that houses are made for life span of 100 years minimum. Moreover, you will be wasting the rest of the land besides 10 marla constructed house. Now there are two options for your requirement:
1. If the plot is in some planned society like DHA, Bahria, etc. NEVER do it due to the reasons mentioned above.
2. If the plot is in private land, in your village than it is possible like you can keep the vacant area besides 10 marla constructed house as a garden presently and may utilize vacant land at later stage.
Regarding design you can contact any architect for the layout of floor plans and even landscaping of vacant land.
