ELCB dont have any sort of warranty because all is made in china, different importers have diff rates. some are magnet ELCB some are electrical. both works well. only difference is of coils used in breakers. copper coils are more efficient than any other material used. beadon road is quite expensive, you can visit shahalam market, visit NISHAN CABLE for more reliable wires. their copper wires are 99.9 copper and also guage and length is guaranteed. they also have their china-fitting, breaker and other items.

before purchasing any cable for any construction project, jo bhi apko apni cable recommend kry, us cable k aur apni ane wali psand ki cable k sample le kr uski test report krwa le uet lab se. jiski copper purity sbse zyada ho uski wire khareed le. chahy wo PAKISTAN, GM, AZMAT, EAGLE, FAST, NEW AGE whatever brand it is. dont ever but without test report.

Assalamualaikum Tajammal, I want to know how to install iron main gate post wall construction (this is a 13 inch wall, door size is 10ft wide by 9ft high, double door). I have been informed that concrete should be poured on wall edges to support pillars for the gate but i dont prefer this method so i wish to know of alternatives.

Salaam guys,
I am looking for some guidance before I start finishing of my house. First of all I am really confused on where to start from.
I thought about starting with Solar installation at the rooftop but when I spoke to the Solar guys they asked for capacity details which meant I have to carefully decide which points, sockets and lights in each room will be on batteries and solar which means that planning what is gonnna go where in every room is important. I also thought about starting with the false ceilings but realized that since I want full height wardrobes I have no idea how they are gonna connect or planned with false ceiling. I will appreciate if you could help me understand what should be the order and what type of plans I am gonna need and in which order so that I can start the execution. Here is the main floor of my house (It starts from the second floor as I have warehouse on the ground). @tajammal84 bhai any ideas?

From my very little knowledge, you have to fill the grouts again in between the tiles.
Regarding the blackened edges, unfortunately you cant do any thing as the tiles seems ceramic to me. If their edges polish has been removed then nothing can be done except to replace them.
