No prob bro. Well its some where around 450km. But not sure. Please dont take my mileage as a benchmark, since we have a very bad traffic in Lahore these days, thanks to all the construction work going around all over Lahore. poor traffic = poor mileage

on the S mode the mileage goes as low as 6km/l and in the D mode goes up to 9km/l (average)

The install is almost complete. Setup is up and running. A little bit of cosmetic stuff is remaining, i think all will be done in a day or two. Will be posting pics very soon inshallah

even i get around 450-500km due to drive within city n most of the time i drive on tiptronic... S mode? is tht tiptronic or o/d? coz theres no S mode in markx....btw r u using highoctane only? i get 7-8average n never touch 9km/l coz of intercity driving only

Well the Electronic Transmission Control of the Shows the "D" and the "S" mode. S mode also works as tiptronic and fully auto. The roar of the engine, the way the car pulls and shifts is totally different when on D mode and when on S mode, even on full auto.

The OD = Power ECT switch. Thats what i read on the PDF i found about the Toyota ECT on a Mark X forum.

You can see the D and the S position of the ECT in the below pic. But i am a new owner of an X i have very little knowledge about this car.

oh i c u meant S on tranmission, on display it shows 5 which mean ur gear will change upto 5 gears n will pull more hard compare to D which drive upto 6 gears...if u want to drive more fast then try shifting manually from first gear n plus u ll love to hear limiter sound if u hit rev limit ...O/D also change to 5 gears same as S mode

Sorry for the delayed pictures.

I actually wanted the install to be perfect and complete for once in a single go, so that no installation work is left for later. Didn't want to open the car over and over.

As far as the install goes its finally complete the setup is up and running.

Posting the pics. The install began with the door deadening and spacer installation. For that matter dynamat Xtreme sheets were used. 1.5 inch MDF spacer were made according to the cut out dia of the original housing and the speakers i used. The spacers were painted to add protection from moisture.

Next up, Power wires were routed and hooked up to the battery. I used Stinger expert series 4awg power wires. To add protection from short circuiting, Stinger SCB150 (150 amps) circuit was used. For connection Streetwires PRS4 4awg ring terminals were used. Further more the power wire from the battery to the circuit beaker was sheathed, since this part of the wire is not protected by any fuse and circuit breaker and is more vulnerable.
