I have the same car with the same dashboard.. mine is 2006.. I really want to change my factory system too. But i went soo many places but no one knew how to do it. Can you help me how to do it.. im from New Zealand.

I tried a jvc car stereo. Everything works.. except the air con controls does not work.. how to fix that issue.. please brother.. help Me... thank you.

Sorry for the late reply. Signing in after a very long time. The only solution i could come up with was to move the stock unit to the glove compartment and using an after market one in its place. For this you will have to extend the cables of the stock unit. Do let me know if you require more info

Sorry for the late reply. Signing in after a very long time. The only solution i could come up with was to move the stock unit to the glove compartment and using an after market one in its place. For this you will have to extend the cables of the stock unit. Do let me know if you require more info

can you post the pictures of moving your stock unit to glove compartment and all that.?
its been 2 years i wanted to install usb stereo in my mark x but never find a solution. please post the pictures and details so that i could also install it.
i visited many shops audio experts but i always told that its not possible.
