With respect to Mutual Stock funds, Its never too late to invest, if you are investing for the long term don't wait and invest now in small amount and keep investing in regular intervals, Pakistan Stock market is gaining since its inception, there are ups and downs and some static years but in long term you will gain. If you keep investing in regular intervals then sometime you buy high sometime low, since nobody exactly know how much stock go up/down, investing in small and regular interval will minimize the risk.

Yes. AlMeezan MIF is equity based Mutual Fund. as for now Unit Price is up again after panama decision. it is more like to remain same until JIT decision.

I've heard an app called robinhood. Appstore. It does not charge the transction fee for buying or selling stocks. Please check that out. I will check it as well.

Invest in money market mutual fund till that time. If you are a salaried individual, claim tax credit at an average rate of tax on your investment.
Shift your investment to equity based mutual fund when you feel the time is right.
BTW what sort of returns are you anticipating?
Microfinance Banks are offering yield as high as 13% on a three year term for an option.

Vow i did not know about microfinance banks. 13% is a healthy return. How is this from an islamic point of view? Is it a fixed income or does it fluctuates according to market conditions ? Where to find more ?

It is interest on your investment so no debate on it from Islamic point of view.
Term deposit is fixed income investment. Say if you invested in a fixed deposit for three years, the rate remains locked in for the said three years. Search their websites:
Khusshali Microfinance Bank - 30% owned by UBL
First Microfinance Bank - 50% owned by HBL
Finca Microfinance Bank
Tameer Microfinance Bank - Owned by Telenor

Bro, i m salaried and want to invest in stock exchange but i have very little knowledge about investment in stocks. I searched brokerage firm as kasb securities. They have 2 types of accounts basic and premium. In premium you have to open account in 1 lac and they will give you broker which will help you in investment and in basic no such facility provided as you have to invest on your own.
Guide me as i am new and want to start this....

It is very risky game you may loose your entire savings. Many heart attacks experienced in this market. However, if you are lucky you can earn. Have an account with Broker, KASB is good one ..
