Becareful with this kind of calls..these fu**** took number from FIR and call owners whose number is mention on FIR, and these calls are mostly fraud now days.. they will take money from you and will not handover car.. so ignore them, and next time when ever you buy car always take insurance ( no need of tracker )..

got a call frm some khan sb he is asking to deposit 2 lakhs and take the car frm kohat wat a hame for police even gave the number he is calling frm still they say its zong number we cant get the location n record so we basically are clueless and on other side look how effective there network is that they contcted us although car wasnt in our name

the call can be traced but yeah ZONG name their towers in a weird way as far as i recall but location can still be pin pointed with some help

True, Tracing phones etc police is hopeless, its agency work or federal govt can instruct

Many many congrats dear, this is very good news. The same just happened to me recently.
2001 civic exi manual, exact same colour, reg. no. ADE-183 was stolen on 21st Dec, from outside my office on Main Multan Road.
FIR was registered next day, and its been three weeks. No news as yet.

Thats a NEWs infact. - please do cross check since when the vehicle is under ACLC custody there shall be entry about it.. " IF the inusurance claim is settled leave the car, do not claim' inform insurance company -

If it is otherwise complete paper work for re-possession. engine & chassis number be cross checked and mentioned over the police paper for court to ' re-possession of vehicle allowed as per FIR no xx^xx dated xx^xx '. Only court will release the vehicle, there is no short cut because FIR exist.

g after lot of effort finally got the car back today
the story goes like this
the car after being stolen was tempered and sold to some showroom guy in pindi
it was bearing reg plate LWL 177 or something and some poor chap bought it off that showroom and was driving it around for 2 yrs now
the car was chid at thokar niaz bait naka while ur entering lahore and the police found it to be tempered.
the old owner filed a case against the police saying that he was a genuine owner and all..
anyways to cut the long story short after lot of issues got the car
will be posting pics soon .. as per condition the car isn't in bad state . the car has alloys and music system on it which wasn't there at all
will post pics in a bit @all thanks for the dua s and best wishes

Feel really bad for the guy who bought it from the showroom. Kitny shoq sy sound system aur rims lagwayee hoon gy. and now its gone just like that. Congrats to you for getting back your car.

i feel so sorry for the current owner.its a total loss for him....i think at times loss is split with showroom guys....but i guess its extremely difficult to take money out of such guys
