Well first of all stop being morons, they can't create such organisms, and assuming even if they were able to it would have required alot of research and money.
Furthermore, Pakistan is an agricultural country and its cheaper to get chickens instead of organisms. Grow a brain people please.
Though i've heard that they do use artificial flavorings and ingredients instead of potatoes for the fries, again this is plausible out of Pakistan
