yes, speeding is dangerous. there is no question about it.
but, for argument sake, lets look at it from another perspective. drivers are not trained much. majority accidents can be saved if the drivers are properly trained. they have proper knowledge about driving, the vehicle they are driving, road condition, traffic behaviour, tyres, suspension etc etc.
in other countries, they make it way too complicated. i have seen and met many people going for a drivers license in europe and in dubai as well. majority get the license but those authorities have made it a bit too complicate only to discourage people from getting a new car on the road.
In Pakistan, well well well, we are a nation who takes pride in getting their license sitting at home. the procedure here is also not up to the mark. it doesnt add any quality to a person getting a driving license.
it needs to be understood that driving a car or any other vehicle is a science and science needs theory + practicals + analysis to be a good driver and avoid bad incidents
