Strange damage to my corolla

Assalamoalikum brothers,
Yesterday I went to Islamabad diagnostics centre to get some reports. I parked in front of the building. After a while I started to hear some dripping sounds. I checked but couldn’t spot any water droplets or anything like that. I moved my car away from that spot. Today morning when I went to clean my car. I saw etchings on my windscreen, rear screen and right side both windows. The glass has chipped through those sall droplets all over the glass portion of my car. I cannot see any similar damage to my car body other than glass. It was not present before. Now what should I do guys? I dont even know what exactly it is? Is it fixable?

Looks like your car was in some kind of acid shower.

I remember watching this video on fixing chipped or cracked windshield which may be helpful for you.

try to clean with soft cloth dipped mild soap water or GLINT glass cleaner. Feel the gush and rub your fingers try to scratch it with finger nail, if it is embedded in glass leave it as it. Some chemical treatment must be going up in the building where you parked and it landed over your vehicle. SAD

It looks to be damaged by some acidic liquid that absorbed the glass by drops.

Yes, sadly they are embedded in the glass.

Do these chips expand? Should I use those glass repair kits on aliexpress or leave it as it is?

As there are areas on the glass which have potential to break the glass at some time, I would recommend to use glass repair kit on the areas which are deep and unstable.

Same thing happend to my Cultus windscreen while I was passing under the under construction Metro bridge in Multan, some kind of drop landed on it and chipped away the glass layer. I left it as it is as it was only a single drop.
