Actually the cng kit is a reducer kit. It reduces the pressure of the cylinder to a pressure mentioned above. The car runs on that pressure setting.
The pressure reduction is done in two steps: First reducer diaphragm bring down the pressure to 100 bar if its more than 100. The second stage bring it down to the required setting.
If the high pressure diaphragm is giving problem, it will be your case and if the second stage is not working properly, then it will give problem in second half of the cylinder pressure...
