Instead of buying a toolkit try to look for individual tools, as most of the tools inside a toolkit are rarely used.
I will suggest you to make a list of tools that you will require the most and then buy an organizer or a plastic/steel box (available at metro) for them. In the market you can find genuine tools but they will be too much expensive as an authentic genuine American/Japanese open ended spanner set will cost you more than 10,000 rupees, the original Rubicon Screwdriver is around 500 rupees per piece.
But still you can buy enough tools with 30,000 rupees if wisely spent, try to buy Taiwanese stuff like Proskit/Hans/Spero etc. they are hundred times better than the fake products of German/European/Japanese tools like Force/Stanley/Rubicon etc.
Never forget to buy a vernier caliper, Mututoyo (japan) is around 15k but you can buy Insize (China) around 4k.
A torque wrench should be your next target, a 40NM torque wrench (Bahco) costs around 14K.
