Suggest me a Android Phone under 15k

They are really good phones except some korean apps and sms issue . You can always flash custom roms and after rooting change any setting or pre loaded app . Please search for the thread LG OPTIMUS/LG FAN CLUB . You'll be able to have a better idea .

Bro what about Korean Samsung phones.

I am confused about Korean Samsung phones.How much will they cost.

They are good . Actually Samsung and Lg both are korean companys so in addition to international version of any modle phone they both launch it's korean version too which is same but cheap .
Minor draw backs you'll have are
1. Korean network carrier logo on hardware (you can use back cover for it )
2. Pre installed korean apps and old android software mostly ginger bread(these phones can always be rooted and flashed with custom roms of international version)
3. Limited sms issue( after flashing custom roms this will be solved even if it does not it can be done manually after getting root permissions)
4. Korean network logo and annoying sound at booting and shutdown(it can be changed after rooting the phone)

They are good value for money and remember Android is all about customisation and there's a solution of every problem in Android world .

The only problem with these moto phones that it says on both front and back, Not for sale, Motorolla confidential property something. WP8 lacks apps and games no way to install cracked apps, all you are using it with very limited apps, calls and messages so its also waste of money. WP8 itself lacks many basic features.

i wouldnt really call that much of a problem. it looks impressive hahah. but its a small price to pay for a phone that can keep with with MUCH more expensive phones. (and in case of battery, BEAT all other samsung, htc etc androids)

But using a phone which such labels in public is not good at least for me. And yes its beast of the phone in this price.

although y300 is dual core, it's cortex a5 which is a very low end processor. so, it will have great battery life, but don't expect it to perform well in performance intensive tasks

thats why i suggested motorola RAZR M. its got a dual core snapdragon s4! and 1gb ram and a 4.3 amoled screen and jellybean. the battery will blow away any other smartphone too. it can be had used for 17-18k

EDIT: and its made of kevlar and metal, none of that cheap plastic sh*t.
