Absolutely right, I feel the same thing.
Civic has much more options that corolla and seats are much more spacious however as per roads of karachi corolla is the best option. I feel civic hits from underneath alot due to ground clearance, its not about civic only even city.
I had a friend he was selling his civic of 2015 model, 40000KM driven but he was asking 21 which I think which is out of your range.
But dont worry i'll keep in mind and search in my friend circle if anyone is selling and would definitely let you know over here.
If you do get see a civic I won't recommend more than 17 (17 only if the car is fully original without any touchups and got a full service history from honda ).
