hi guys. for anyone who has changed the stock speakers in the new civic. Can you please confirm the rear and front speaker size and whether ps165 or pc165 will fit in them without alteration. Also i am looking to install either the front or rear focals due to budget constraints. Which one are more advisable. Last but not least where in lahore can i get focals from.

I am looking for a very similar Setup to the one suggested here for my 8th Gen civic. Just a few quick questions
-How much of loss would i be incurring in SQ if i continue to use the HU that came with the car? It has the 6CD changer one. The reason i am hesitant to swap it is because i really like how it sits well with the interior.
-I'll be upgrading in 2 steps, Fronts & Backs + Amp first and then Sub and Amp in second go
-I have Focals in mind for the fronts and the Infinity Kappa in mind, rear speakers i am not sure. Should i get a 8604 and run Focals and Sub on it, with rears unAmped? Will the Sub be underpowered? Or is it better to get a seperate mono for the sub? I do not want to have a more capable sub and run it underpowered.

I'm looking for a SQ setup, not SPL, but do wish to have nice clean deep bass where it needs to be. I hate when there are certain frequencies a sub cant produce and it produces a muffled sound. From what i've read around, the Infinity Kappa sounds like a decent balanced Sub.

Do not use stock. IF you can then change the head unit . Quality in Quality out.
