my dad always leave the windows open almost half inch in summers but i never understood the logic behind that. he used to leave it open even when the car was parked at home in summers. i understood it when i took dad's car to uni(i go to uni on my bike) , it was parked there for around 6 hours, when i came back and sit inside it, it was seriously like a tandoor. i immediately opened the windows to make it normal. it was hard to breathe even.

Its really dangerous, in summer 2009 , i was in islamabad at E-9 along with my daughter who was around 2 years old at tht tym, i took out the car from porch and parked outside the house, my daughter was inside the car and the AC was ON, i went back to home to take out second vehicle, after doing the needful, i came back to my car, but to my surprise it was LOCKED...my daughter was playing inside and she had locked the car, in a flash of a second i realised my big mistake, it was damn hot day, i tried to make her understand to pull the lock but she assumed that i m playing with her, after 15 mins of effort no positive result could be achieved, i was fearful that while playing she may not switch OFF the AC, and it would take half an hour to bring some denter to open the door, so finally we decided to break the rear window glass in order to unlock the car ( Although it was also dangerous as it was expected that glass pieces will be scattered in all the car), anyhow with the help of a brick i did the same and Alhamdulilah got her out safe...but frankly it was difficult to break the glass with even a brick, it broke after hitting 4th tym,and as i hit hard so got my hand and arm all injured...so be v v careful and never leave any kid alone with a start car or car with keys inside..

Why not keep a spare key in your pocket?

Never leave a child, a pet or an old or disable person in car in hot weather. No matter you have tints or not...

why would any1 leave some1 in car at all with windows closed unless ac is on
either open the windows or leave the ac running

Don't leave kids in the car even if it's winter.. and there are stupid people who leave the kids or forget kids in the vehicle with windows up and door locked and it does happen. Scan through this thread for some stories..

i have seen people leaving kids in the car infront of my own eyes as well but i dont understand why they are so careless,any1 can just abduct them
or the kids can do anything stupid n hurt themselves

like there was this one guy who had kids in the car n went to the shop telling the kids to get windows up n keep doors locked, why not just take them with you

if people would consider planting trees a necessity life would be much easier,imagine trees on both sides of road and the coolness underneath irrespective of tempreature
but here ignorant people don't understand i made a thread here but nobody bothered ,planted 5 trees (on a roadside people who were passing were saying "mali ban gaye ho" )and closer ones said("sarak par kisi ke liye laga rahe ho,apne ghar laga lo) within 2 days someone broke all of them so i planted 5 more and somebody totally destroyed them aswell
then i planted 6-7 in my own garden but it's already very congested
