Good initiative as long as everything is legit. By the way, why is every place in Pakistan called "Defense"?.

It is actually called 'defence'. In the major cities of Pakistan like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. They have developed some residencial area for the elite class. And it is regarded as the poshest area. It is basically for the Army Officers, they are allotted plots in that area. But it is not restricted, anyone can live there.
