Guys I need a help. I'm thinking of buying a bug deflector commonly called as the bonnet guard. Can you guys suggest me some good brand or something? I checked with the dealer I usually get stuff from, he had one which I still need to see but he's giving it for 3500 and is made in Taiwan (at least that's what he told me). I wonder if it would sustain heat and stuff. Plz guide if you have any better suggestions.

Mileage varies. I'm getting approx 7.5km/l with continuous AC now a days in Lahore driving. Sometime it even gives 8km/l if light foot is used. Without AC it's 10km/l.
I have taken her to north thrice in this year and on motorway the average is around 10.5km/l with AC. On last tour it was 11.5km/l may be because Hascol had better diesel quality. These mileage are with permanent AC usage. It's an auto tyranny btw.

Price of 3rd generation surfs is between 1650k to 2100k, depending upon year, model, mileage, motor and condition. End 2001-2002 models even costs more than it I guess if in great condition. However, I'm not an expert in this regard. Amnesty schemes cleared vehicles might be on lower side, however.

That plan is still pending. But I'm looking into going for the Dunlop Grandtrek TG28M2 275/70R16 Japanese. That's the one I already am using so got good rather great experience with them. They don't have a huge review pool on the internet though.

Mine is also Taiwan made and going strong for more than a year now. It even had a stone hit on highway and sustained it without any breakage. I got it for Rs. 4500 last year.

Mine are gone bad now and literally requesting for a change now. They were put on the surf in 2009 but still I don't notice almost any noise. And I usually keep 33-35.

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I got my second SUV, after selling my 1989 HJ60 in December last year, it took me almost an year to find a decent ride, one reason was that my plans (LC80/Prado/Surf) used to get changed also resulting in so much delay.

99, embassy auctioned with 1KZ, SSRG but without sunroof, every gadget is in working condition and interior is spotless too.

Al hamd o lillah enjoying the beast, she is giving me 8km/l in city and 11km/l on motorway @110km/h.
