Brother first of all thanku for your detailed response i tried my best to tell each and everything so u can guide me better.
1) . I am not that much aware of multi floor condenser na hi main ne ye khabhi dekha hai i think ye size mei bara hota aur meri alto mei condenser small hai to multiflow nahi merr khiyal se. Ye mei is leyie kr raha take mujye bhi clear ho jae kahein meri alto mei multiflow already to nahi laga hwa
2) mei ne kafi gariyan like cultus old models even efi. Alto 1000cc se compare kiya hai almost same hi cooling hai meri.lkn throw kam hai blower ki i think meri motor thori weak hai. As far as cooling is concerned to almost same hi hai lkn ye enough nahi aur garmi mei kisi surat banda gari nahi chala sakta sirf cooler type lagta hai gari mei ho. Jubke mere friends ke pass 660cc alto .hai sirf agar uski cooling dekhey to wo bht better hai abhi uska engine size bhi small hai. Aur throw to bs jaisw bari gari ho. Vitz 1000cc aur passo wegairs ka to outstanding hai baki apko pta hai alto 1000cc koe bht achi nahi purani hai ac wise.
3) i just recently changed the gas maybe 2 months pehly. Cooling is good but utni nahi.aur compressors weak nahi hai .
4) ap suggest krein agar mei vitz ya passo ya isse acha koe compressor replace krdoon ?. Jo minimum load dalae aur cooling bhi achi de kunke cabin small hai agar ac acha ho to thand lagni chahiye

You mentioned that you have travelled in Cultus and other Suzuki cars but you have not done what we call an A-B comparison of ac performance with an exact car like yours. Anyhow, I see you feel that the blower air throw is below expectations, then changing compressor, condenser will still not improve your situation. A lot of money will have been spent but the core problem will still be there. without looking at your car, I can only say that the evaporator located behind the dashboard may be partially blocked. This happens after years of normal usage with cars that do not have a/c cabin filters. So before you do anything, have your ac guy have a real good look at the evaporator. I don't have any idea a bout the Alto design but it will require some dismantling of the dash board.

It is very rare for the fan speed circuit to be faulty. At full setting, does the fan actually operate at full speed?

Brother its a typo that i didn't mention of testing ac of other alto 1000 cc car. Actually i am trying to say that i already test ac performance of others alto 1000cc as well as cultus 1000 cc car. Lkn jo thora bht farak laga mujhe wo sirf ac throw ka tha na ke itself cooling ka. Meri cooling same hi hai taqreeban. What i actually want jis trah new alto 660cc ya japanese car no matter 2010 model ya above ya bari gariyon ki cooling hoti wo kaise kron?. Mujhe pta hai un mei heat proofing achi hoti hai pr even ke Pakistani 660cc ki performance bht bht better hai. Even mere friend ke pass city hai 2017 model usko aur alto ki mujhe same lagi performance ac ki .throw wise aur cooling. Lkn meri alto mei garmi lagti dhopher mei to sooch bhi nahi sakta banda. Ok. Theek ho giya. A/C ka evaporator check karwa lain. Agar woh theek sabit huwa to phir aap modifications ke taraf move karain.

Here is a typical evaporator after many years of use. My guess is that yours will be similar situation.

To i think mujhe isse ko saaf krwana chahiye aur mei sooch raha saath aik 660cc blower motor lagwa loon. Kunke phir shyd compressor change krwanay ki zaroorat nahi right?. I have never owned suzuki alto so I don't know if it is possible to do without opening dash. This coil is fitted in a almost closed box. I don't know if it is possible to put water and air pipe in the ac box. Only your ac guy can tell.

Earlier you said cool was fine but air throw was less. Now you are saying that cooling is also less

Suggest first do the evaporator work, then see performance and if not happy then go for alteration etc.

Sirjee bar bar wohi baat. Evaporator ko check karain aur phir agla kadam utain.

Evaporator ko check main kam paisay lagay ga. Aur evaporator ke situation ka pata chal gaiga. Agar evaporator ok hai to gas full nikal kar. New drier bottle fit karain. Phir system ko vacuum karain aur 20 - 30 min hold rakhain. Vacuum hold hona chiya. Is kay bad achi quality ki R134a gas charge karain aur drier bottle ke window main bubbles jub anay band ho jain tu means gas is full. Final gas pressure will be adjusted by your ac walla.

Update: mei ne bhai se phoocha tha to usne btaya ke pheechly saal ac service or evaporator service dono krwaye thay. Khair mei ne dobara gari check krwae gas ok compressor ok blower motor thori si weak hai evaporator clean hai . Lkn mei ne usko phirse paani se saaf krwa leyia.alto mei proper box bana hai evaporator ke leyie wo begair dashboard open kiyae nazar ajata hai easily khud bhi check kiya almost clean hi tha. Kunke car kam hi use hoti hai .to result yeh hai ke mera masla abhi bhi wohi hei. Even ke mei ne car mei kuch insulation bhi ki hai khudi . Pr.....

OK. Now the evaporator is clear and everything check out as OK as per you. So what to do next?

When the a/c is on and car is idling do you see any bubbles in drier bottle window?

While keeping you eyes on the sight glass rev the engine a few times. No bubbles should be seen. If you see bubbles, gas is low.

Bhai mujhe iska to nahi pta chal . Lkn mei ne 2 baar confirm krwaya hai gas full hi thi. Mei. Ne apko pehly uper bhi btaya tha ke cooling yani hawa cool hi niklti ac vents se lkn waisey cool nahi jaise 660cc alto ya baki cars ki ho. Mei ne apni gari ka comparison bhi kiya hai hai alto or cultus 1000 se almost cooling same hai bs meri zara motor weak hai to throw kam hai. Lkn baat wahin hai ke jaise ab temperature hai

There will be a connector providing power to the blower motor. Have you checked if full voltage is reaching the motor? There could be some carbon build up in the fan speed switch that is not allowing full voltage and current from reaching the blower motor hence at full speed the motor is not turning at its proper speed. For example if the battery voltage is 14V while car is running, then at full blower setting, is the blower motor also receiving about 14V?

No brother. Mujhe bhi uss connector pr shak hai i think usse desi mechanics relay hi kethy hai. Mei usse pehly check krwaon ga agar throw theek ho gae to sahi warna blower motor mei hi masla hai. Lkn still main issue cooling ka hai. Kal aik 660cc Pakistani alto dekhi uske window ke sheeshy full fogi type hway thay andar inti shandar cooling thi. 🥲

Ok brother. From now i will search on internet as well as on offline market. I will gather suggestions from local ustadzzz too. Then i will make a decision. The main probelm all the car which i have tested so far are al ready 10-15 years old. Like alto and cultus 1000cc. And as far as cooling is concerned for now (after 10-15year) if we place our hand near ac vents the air comes quite good (itscool) but not enough to cool the entire cabin. And also not enough to travel in 40degree temperature. But if we take a look at bigger cc cars no matter even they are 20-25 years old or even 660cc 4-5 years old car their ac are just amazing. Even its enough on speed 2. So first i will gather some suggestions. 2nd if all fails then i have to find a latest compressor which have more cooling and also puts lesser load on engine. I have 35 years of experience in the industry as a mechanical engineer. One thing I have learned is to use the right tool for the job. Putting the hand in front of the vent is subjective. The right took is to use a ac vent thermometer. It takes away guesswork.

I restored a 1985 VW van. This car had R12 refrigerant which has become illegal since 1997. The van ac system had to be converted to R134a. Much work was done and in the picture below you can see me checking the ac temperature using a digital thermometer.

If you want to do the work right, read up and do research, educate yourself as you have decided to do, use the right tools and then proceed to do the work. In this way money is not wasted on stuff that is not needed.

Thanku for your response. By seeing the pictures u attached no doubt u done a pretty good work . But i just mentioned that hand thing for a example. I already know thermometer thing even i have always test my car ac in dubai using this method before service. Because the charges are here too high.as compared to Pakistan. By the way theres a reason why i am.posting this thread so that i got some suggestions from experience members which have some kind of experience in replacing or changing compressor or etc for better performance and minimum load. But its ok i will do now on my own. Because the suggestion u gave me are good but the problem is still there. Even my compressor evaporator gass are all good.
