Suzuki Alto 660 loud noise on specific rpm

No,I got them checked they are ok but the chun chun sound comes from silencer i think cuz that rattling sound only comes when car is hot .
And the other is some sort of bearing dont know maybe of turbo clutch and these sounds annoy me too much plz help me to fix this issue

Hello pakwheelers i have 2014 eco idle Alto 660 JDM S AWD
ITS BEEN 3 years i am drivig it Alhamdulillah fine
It has 1 issue as i am going on long route like motorway the car after certain speed start some jerking mostly after 70 to 80km/hr...the rpm clearly jerks and with ac it increases by 5 to 10%....scanned multiple times no issue on scanner...done with catalytic cleaning plugs changed transmission fluid change...still has this jerking
Any one who knows about this condition
