however imran bhai you must try this technique i remember my father used to press the accelerator in previous 1980s model corolaa like he is pumping the petrol by pressing the acclerator .. this might because of choke and secondly our mechanical vacum suction in carburator of car you must try this technique its worth try...

also avoid using too much high octane in your car as it has low out put engine the using using high octance fuel cause fouling in spark plugs..

i remember when i was too young to drive the car, even my feet couldnt reach to pedals easily.... i used to press accelerator while the car used to be switched off... mere dad danta kertey they k aisa mat ker "fuel over flow ho jayega" aur aisa hi hota tha bhi gari start mushkil se hoti thi....
so reffering to Ahsan's technique aisa to nahi hoga k over flow ho aur starting mein problem ho? but nevertheless, i'll try it.

and bro i dont use too much high octane, full tank super mein 5 litre HOBC... bas...

brothers all your efforts are useless because i dont know why pak suzuki jahil engineers not going to bent wax element rod
wax element rod open butterfly just like you pull choke lever in cold start.after engine became hot wax melted and resulting in closing of butterfly.
ask mechanic to adjust wax element

it never happened in my 08 altovxr whether car is cold or hot ....in morning car miss and vibrate a lil bit until temp needle reaches half..

i tried to start alto on cng but it didnt start - then i switch to petrol and tried 4 to 5 times it didnt ,then i push the cng / petrol switch once (in a state where there is no lite at all means the petrol in the line will burn first) and after that as i give a start , the light of petrol became ON itself / automatically !! and now the situation is that car is not gona start ! i remember jub pehlay aesa problem hota tha k car start nhn hoti thi to main petrol pay kurta tha aur agr petrol pay bhi na hoti to main switch ko aik baar push kur k middle position main le ata tha k car na petrol pay rahay na cng pay takay over flow na ho petrol carb main - but ab aesa kur k jesay hi self deta hon car automatic petrol pay ajati hai ! whats wrong with this ? any idea ??

Although it is a dig, but I just saw the thread now and after reading all the replies I though that I had to answer

Well the problem in starting in not due to any wiring issue but its the coil of CNG kit that becomes weak and when hot offers more resistance than is required so result is that kit cannot get proper current supply and does not start.

Now there are 2 options

1 Get the coil changed and enjoy the ride

2 Install a relay and do the juggar so that current supply increases.

Personally I would go for option although option is cheap but by doing so the coil will permanently want more current to start and not start without relay anymore+Plus there is also risk that car may not start if relay fails and believe I had a bolan and on 2 occasions relay got failed so a big hassle.

if the car is starting OK on petrol and not on cng then the coil is getting weak , install a relay on the CNG kit and th eproblem solved for atleast a year or so , after that change the coil bcz it will again give problems and if the car is giving trouble on both the fuels then it needs a check up , it is not always a coil that is culprit then.

^^ Right!! one of the mechanic told me change the coil, another one told me same thing. but he says this is jugar (relay on CNG kit)

having proper voltage on KIT is necessary - and if there are less volts there (less than 11.5 volts) then it will give trouble in starting , this could happen bcz of aged wiring or hard wiring or in case of using a sub standard wire . this is not a Jugaar but a must IF the voltage is not reaching there properly , the other solution is to change the wiring from ignition (key ignition) to cng kit this will also give the same result.

this is the problem with my baleno efi it starts good when cold nd converts easily to cng from petrol but when its hot or sometime randomly it gives problem on starting nd converting it doesnt converts to cng nd the other issue is its pick is very weak only when it becomes hot i hav to push the gas pedal too much to move it from stop or signals nd it gives soo much jerks nd vibrations in 1st nd 2nd gear but only when its hot nd on cng i think there is problem with emulator advancer of my car please some1 correect me if um wrong

check the cng conversion switch wires (specially red) when the car is hot and jerking.
