Its better than the previous generation Alto... if its eco with cvt and vvti engine people have achieved 22-24 km/litre

depends on your driving style, can go as good as 15-16 and as bad as 12-13

@muradi , bro i have JDM alto, it's in pretty bad shape engine wise, Engine is very noisy( i know it's accident ) but still that heavy nut type sound from engine bugs me alot so anyway to fix that ?

2ndly, i need to get good speakers in it, enough with good bass, any good speakers that you know off ?

and lastly, which tyres do you prefer for this small car ? my tyres are pretty worn out, they slip every single time

And i am getting +- 15KM/L, daily drive of 50 KM from my home to uni which includes 8 KM of express way as well, pretty normal ?

Can't change it, it's meant to be driven for purely household purposes(dad needs alot on convincing too), All i need is to make it more comfortable, you know how difficult is it to drive car in rawalpindi traffic :@

for the engine sound get it checked by mechanic, it could be berrings and use a mixture of high octane and petrol. what oil r u using??
im not much of an audiophile but ive heard kenwood 718s r good and cheap and have good bass.
tyres, well if u put a bigger size it will harm the mileage and suspension so id suggest go for a little bigger size and go for yoko,dunlop or hankook

GII is generally fully loaded.. power windows, power and retractable mirrors plus matching door handles and side mirrors... the back windows would also be tinted...

G-II is the best option but!
Pls make sure that its a 2-wheel drive as G-II is also available in 4WD version which is not good in fuel consumption and resale.

2) Should i change my OIL filter? ( no leakage but it has been a really long time)
3) Should i get my air filter cleaned or replace it with a new one ?
4) Is coolant advisable or water's fine ?

Yes, coolant is quite useful, i am using Guard coolant

^ so i hear, the guard coolant is cheap then the caltex one right ? and the engine oil, does Zic has any effect on cars milage?
Also i believe it has been very long since i last changed brake and gear fluid, can you shed some light on it ?

Yes Guard coolant is cheaper then caltex or Zic.
Effect of using Zic on mileage , never noticed
If brake and gear oil is ok, brake is fine, gears are smooth then no need to replace

Actually my brakes are not that good, after couple of strong padles push, my breaks get heat up = no more brakes , and about GEAR, it makes alot of late shifts.

Thanks, previously I hve been driving Mira but due to cash requirement I sold and bought Mehran and now want an Alto because of the budget. What price i should expect for a very good condition 2007/2008 Alto and what shld I consider before buying?

Buy a G-II, auto, power mirrors n side mirrors as well, 2 wheel drive and I sold mine for 750k in ISB few months ago...it was a lush piece n sold in a single day.

Hi guys!

I'm a newbie into the world of JDM cars and would really appreciate if you guys help me out. I have a few queries regarding the JDM Alto 2014 Eco-Idle version:
1) How reliable is this car on long routes?
2) Does it have ABS in them? Cause I didn't see any sign when I switched it on.
3) Do I even need to buy the Eco-Idle model? and is it worth it?
