Mechanic was reffering TAK sound as loose CHIMTAY KE GOLI.
Dont know detail about this part.

mine some times do tak sound some times not i will get it chekced 2mrw and if it needs repairing i will just buy kabuli chimtay and steering rack
plus 4 days my car was parked as it was so hot i did not had any work so today i started it after iftar and it kind of missed a beat well i was using A/C whole time and i noticed i can not turn on hids long story short battery is dead and car won't even crank i will charge battery and will change it plus suspension work needs to be done as my bushings are done

I need to confirm one thing, Are axles same for PKDM alto and JDM alto model 2000-2004 ?

yes, the same shape has the same axles

got work done
1 replaced battery now an AGS 50
2 replaced front suspension bushings
3 air intake went kaput now a days running on stock air fiter
4 gave it a mind night tuneup cleaned distributor cap and used carb cleaner for cleaning carb it had gone all black
drove it today kuch change change si lagti hai
well that explains i had no prob of mainting speed

After how many KMs should I get my car's tappets adjusted? I'm taking it for general tuning tomorrow, so I thought that maybe I should also get this job done. Thanks in advance.

At every oil change atleast bcz this cars tappet gets out ov order every now and then

I always used denso plugs. Never had any problem with them if yr plugs r fine just clean them and u r gud to go

well no idea now a days as CNG
but in winters it used to give me 14 without ac local on those moded jets of 92 and 105
but thing is on motorway i seen car would not go up after 130 it would start jerking
so kind of speed freak i am i switched back to oem jets

to hell with milage
but on long it returned me around 17 with ac in a short trip

tappets i experimented with 2 settings one .13mm for inlet and .18 for exhuast car hd good low and mid range pick but it used to die on high rpm
then adjusted to .25mm inlet and .28mm exhuast car sounded like an old khyber in start but its free enigne is smooth and moslty my car needs tappet adjustment in 2 months or so but with this setting its been 3 and still no need for adjusting

I got a Daewoo Racer Car aswell, need to install an engine. Opting 1.6 or 1.8cc. turbu charged and AT must. pl suggest your choice.
@salman hows ur mechanic credibility & potential, Can I trust on him for a engine installation project?

One thing u should take care off and in the end u ill thank ur self is that say no to jugars. seriously jugars in swaps r hell comon specially in wiring part so here stay on electricians head nd see what he is doing tell him to use proper way else u ill kill him

u can get a lot of AT engines but what do u want to do i mean an upset to grandiess wala crowd or a daily

So it's 3rd car.alto..Honda n Daewoo now.this one is purely for long route n not a daily runner.want power. Consumption by an issue..
