Today, i was finally fed-up with poor average of CNG (although acceleration was very good but on low gear performance was not upto par). SO, finally decided to DIY - CNG tuning. Had a little bit knowledged and at the mid of my journey decided to chnage the setting so that i can find the optimal setting on CNG. So opened car bonet and changed setting of the following
In my opinion, that value control the flow of CNG: as soon as i tightened the both, the car acceleration was gone. when i changed gear to 4th one at 60, the car wont accelerate. So soon I reverted the setting back in b/w full loose and fully tight bolt.
Just below the CNG Kit: I guess it is for air/CNG mix ratio. changing this setting was a mistake, the car wouldnt run smoothly. had to change the setting few times, before car could actually run!
Now, i have noticed, the performance (acceleration) is same but car is somewhat sometime missing and i can see water coming from exhaust. Dont know about average.
Do anyone know the optimum setting of the values? or do i have to go for computerized tuning?
