2300 KMs. I changed it because Pak Suzuki was not using correct oil in it. They poured 80W150 in it but recommended oil for this transmission is 75W80.

Who told u that they are using 80w150 oil? As per manual its 75w and you have to change after 60,000km

Confirmed from Pak Suzuki. Moreover they don't have 75W80 in their oil lineup. I've verified as well, the oil comes out is thick as honey

Any difference in drive quality?

Nothing obvious. Its AGS so actuator is shifting gears for me. But surely there will be less strain on transmission now.

That's the dilemma here. You paid for something still you need to make sure everything is appropriate. Not everyone is educated enough to know these things and they will continue using without utilizing its full potential.

Drove about 30KM today after transmission oil change, it is definitely feeling a bit lighter now and gear shift is more responsive.
I'll definitely recommend to change engine and transmission oil to appropriate one. Drive becomes light, smooth and more enjoyable.

Only use 0W-20 of any brand you like.

From Suzuki its for 7000 Rs for 3 Ltr can and required oil is 2.4 Ltr.
From outside you can use Zic gear Oil 75w fully synthetic which is approx.Rs.800/Ltr

Check all lights inside outside working
Check puncture repair kit and the tool box with jack and stuff
Chk engine oil via dip stick
Chk coolant levels
Chk AC working
Chk the body thoroughly for any errors/faults.
