hello members i need some information regarding the ags gear oil, as stated by the members above i went to 4 different dealerships in Karachi but no one had the 75w for the transmission because apparently the company is still closed. but while having a discussion on this matter the guy was trying to not to go for the oil and etc by telling me that this transmission has" two oils" ?? one for the ags module and the other one for the transmission and he went on telling me that they'll only change the ags module one with 75W. but isnt that module for hydraulic fluid or something to function??? shouldn't i be changing the main transmission oil??? because that's what i figured out needs changing... so i need help from the gurus here
and the other problem ive been facing is the gear change from 1st to 2nd takes a prominent jerk.

Finally someone is getting the same average as i am. Werna yahan parh ker to lagta tha jaisa meri ghari main koi masla ha. My daily running is also in dha and bedian road where you have to brake often.

That is why I mentioned before that fuel average depends on driving conditions and area where car is being used. Its perfectly fine if your Alto is giving 16-17 kmpl within your mentioned areas. On long route it gives 20+ average which is very reasonable (If comfort is not something important for you).

Bhai log, me too want to install RIMS and change the tires to some softer onces. I am daily runner of 50KM with 4 ppl fitted in this dibbiya. I feel loads of vibration due to worst asphalt as well these EURO hard tires. Your suggestions will help.

Get your car's wheels balanced as there shouldn't be any vibrations even if you are using the factory fitted tires.

I do it 32psi. 36 main to ride itni hard ho jati ha, jaisa he chota sa pothole aya, aisa lagti ha jaisa kisi garha main gir gai ho..for me 32 is good. As for tyre shop u tell them 32 and they will do it.

ordered them from aliexpress couldn't find white ones here the code for the white led is " 0804 smd led " that cost me 5rs per piece and there are 3 leds only , there is a kit available on daraz but that cost 700 rs and they sell 100 leds of 5 colours 20 each here is a pic of the actual speedo

no its not plug and play , it requires micro soldering skills , if you know how to solder then attempt this else seek someones help who can solder .

Salam all...yesterday a bus driver came and bumped into my car on the back left side and left this dent. My father took it to the dealership (Suzuki North Motors,Karachi) and they quoted 4500 for the repairing job while the local denter straight on refused and said aisay hi chalney do tou behtar hai...
Experts pls help whether i should go for the repair or not and is the quoted price okay

Suzuki walon ne bhi 2 number kaam hi karna hai as it is pe poutine lga k flat karke paint kar dena hai.

Just clean it with compound and leave it and deep scratch hai tou kalam lga lain bas

4500 is legitimate they are asking to paint the entire panel.

If you can live with it. It's totally okay. These small dings and dangs will keep coming in karachi driving

i remember in the first 2 months of owner ship of the ALTO the front bumper got scratched by my mother i got a the front bumper paint half.

now after 9 months it has a few dings and dangs i dont care now. Everyone drives it, Cant help it

Need an advice

I am looking for a car to be used as second car by wife. Keeping reliability of Japanese cars in view, I decided to go for PKDM Alto AGS. Now i have been advised by someone that if you are going for a PKDM Alto by spending 16 lacs why not to extend the budget a little and go for kia Picanto which is a better car than Alto.

Need opinions on this, please.

If you can go for a picanto by extending your budget why not...picanto has a proper automatic transmission as compared to the suzuki alto's AGS.
I have test driven a picanto and it's drive and overall is far better than alto

Even Suzuki Cultus is in the same league (1000cc) as of Kia Picanto. Both have their own pros and cons. Suzuki has established market but build quality of Kia is much better as of now and in auto versions Picanto is auto transmission and Cultus is AGS (manual with actuator). For small cars I mean 660cc category, you may stick to Alto and by increasing budget you may go for Japanese Alto through some reliable dealer...
