U will need to flush coolant so i say u dont do it right now and when u get coolant changed then check.

U know folks , there is one thing , when i went for 1000 service ,
There were three issues ;
1. Front doors needed extra effort.
2. The clock will not change to 12 hour
3. Left Passenger air duct was throwing less air as compare to right duct,

They top up the coolant and put the connection right blaming some poor soul at the assembly in KHI ,
And a i didn’t notice the hissing is gone ,
Yes i went down just now and its not there ,
Now i might be wrong , or it some how repaired itself like those self healing cars ,

That is why i dont go to Suzuki.

You dont need to flush coolant for bleeding air from cooling system. Its simple. When engine cold. Open radiator cap and attach a 1.5l empty pepsi bottle neck with radiator neck having bottle bottom cut. Fill bottle with deionised water or coolant. Start engine upto switch on radiator fan. This will remove air from system.

Adding more coolant will change its concentration. During heating. Water evaporate not your coolant chemical. Adding deionized water will restore its concentration.

The hissing sound comes even in my car. That is when before putting the key to ignition. That is from the fuel pump I believe. As soon as you unlock the car and open the door you hear it

I think you are probably referring to fuel pump. That is the only hissing sound I have experienced. Also it's more noticeable if your car is low on fuel. My 2 cents

I never let fuel level low. As very low level of fuel will damage fuel pump in long run.

I have this in my car too, it usually comes after unlocking the car or opening the driver door. The sound seems like a system check maybe il try to make a video and upload it if possible.

Fuel pump sound cannot come unless the key is turned to on position. This sound comes either when opening the driver door or when you unlock the car.

This is on the AGS variant only. VXR owners haven't complained about it, or maybe I have missed any manual variant owner complain about it

oo bhai the sound you are talking about comes from the master cylinder or ABS motor it is electronic so as you open the passenger door it charges it self same case for prius or any hybrid as soon as you open the door the hissing sound comes .

As far I know, ags actuator makes this sound
