I just buy zerometer suzuki alto few days back.
I driven almost 550 km but its avg is in under 10.

any one can guide me how it will be increase.
I try two diffrent PSO pums but result is same.

Idle less, meter will start showing better average.

First, reset your average meter reading by pressing the knob to actually know the current average.

Second, calculate your average manually on full tank (most reliable method). You can simply do this by following below steps.

1. Reset trip A reading by pressing the knob for few seconds.
2. Ask the guy at petrol pump to fill tank up to maximum but stop when nozzle lever release on its own (auto stop). Note down the petrol quantity in litres. For example your car got 23.5 litres of petrol.
3. Drive your car as per routine.
4. When reserve light blinks, note down the the reading on trip A. For example your car did 410 Kms.
5. Now, simply divide 410 by 23.5 to know the actual average of your car. In this case it is 17.44 km/l
6. Repeat above steps on next fill-up to have a confirm idea about your car average.

Thanks for update. Yesterday got back to Suzuki federal motors n the reply was same as u said although an inside person told me to get rear camera fitted with grip to grip fitting(no wires cut) and drive till anything, hopefully not going wrong for which warranty needs to be claimed.
Today will try local market.

Your car will not give super fuel avg since zero meter... U hvnt crossed 1000km yet

You fuel avg will increase after first 2 oil changes at 1k and 5k kms

I own a civic 2017 and am looking for a secondary car to use in city (for better fuel average) , i cant decide between alto JDM and PKDM , considering the fuel economy and parts availability / price differences, which option will be better. Or should i go for the 7th gen imported alto.

I had same situation. Have civic 2018 n wanted a small car for daily use for my children school pick n drop. Got PK alto AGS new. Though missing many features as of JDM but since new and has if not excellent atleast decent fuel eco, I think it will be peace of mind for 3 years or so.

Hi expert can you please guide me why my average is stuck on 12 to 13km per litter in city despite of refuelling from reputed petrol pump and good tyre pressure?

Thats great , but sir can you please guide me a little bit more regarding the maintenance cost/ parts availability and price differences b/w the pkdm and jdm variant. Plus , what fuel average are you exactly getting in city with AC.

I used to drive Vitz and brought alto VXL zero meter. I have a question that why its steering is so hard? Will it stay like that or get better after some time?

i have alto vx but its steering is very smooth no issue with it hope so there would be some problem in it

Get it checked. The steering is super light. I got my cars allingment done its more lighter now.

Aoa guys. I need your opinion about Alto Ac
Kall mei ne Vx me Ac lagwaya hai new kit k saath kabuli compressor. (Total cost 39k)
1) Jab test drive ki tou Ac k saath car ki perform half ho gayi aur pick me boht boht farq aa rha abb.
2) Engine par load zyada lag rha kaafi jese bohat zyada weight rakh diya ho car mei
3) Ac bass normal sa kaam kr rha
4) Average 19.7 se seedha 14 par aa gyi
*Without Ac sab kuch normal ho jaata
Kiya VXR aur VXL ka Ac bhi aisa kaam krta 660cc hony ki wajah se ya phr wo sahi hai.
Kindly Suggest the Solution

VXR ha meray pass us mein to AC or pick sahi ha nai underpower feeel nai hota .. even kay 140km b touch ki ha with AC

VXR and VXL dont have these issues, you wont even notice that the ac has been turned on in them
