So I went for the 10,000 km service. On checkout my bill had 2 liters of gear oil same sae90 crap.

So they sold me this manjhan that 75 is for the actuator where as 90 is for manual gear oil. Seriously what shit are they doing.

Please correct me if I'm missing something. Or the car actually takes 2 types of gear oils.

that's the reason we have whatsapp groups to avoid such issues instantaneously, same happened with another member week ago an they were trying to sell sae 90 as 75w90 was not in stock, he just asked in group and I sent him suzuki engine and gear oil circular pic and then the mechanic took back his words
literally every dealership is same
attaching pics also so that you can identify them later
now regarding grades, recommended oil for manual is 75w90,

for ags it's 75w

and for ags actuator, it's KC technica hydraulic oil rather than 75w or 75w90

and for mehran, old alto and old cultus, there was sae 90

Now issue is, what to do now
i'm attaching official pak suzuki circular pic,

it's 4th feb 2020 circular, show them this and sath 2-4 LITTAR bhi lagana ....from my side

Do you have the circular? I am at the dealership. Just had alot of mun maari with them. Have also emailed paksuzuki.

It would be great if I could get the entire circular. As per owners manual. AGS gear oil shouldn't be replaced before 60,000 kms.

The service advisor took me to the spare parts manager to make look like an idiot. Who said they don't have this 75W oil for any car.

Being Sunday I argued and left. By emailing pak suzuki. There helpline is useless bunch of dummies sitting their.

Let's see else this was my last trip to a Suzuki dealership. I'd rather maintain this car my self

yes 1st replacement of 75w is at 60k (assuming fact your car has already right grade which is 75w, not sae 90)

just show him the part no and let them find in the system
usually 90% of dealerships don't have 75w or 75w90 in stock that's why they do such shitty practices like pouring sae 90 etc

yeah no issues, just get the correct genuine air and oil filter from the dealership, other than that no problem

When he told me that 75W is actuator oil. I kept quite. Went home brought the owners manual where it mentions separate oils for manual, ags, and actuator.

On going again we had a good argument again. I left saying il let paksuzuki decide. If anything goes wrong with my car you should be responsible.

just leave them, everytime at dealership you will hear same "humara kaam h humain pta h,hum kai saalon se aese hi krr rhay hain, yeh aese hi hota h and ba bla"
They are just ruining multiple cars per day with wrong engine and gear oil grades, it's their job, nothing else

Heard about AGS jerks in gear shifting. Is it easy enough for a new female driver like any JDM auto car or little complicated for her? I mean can a new driver damage transmission if not proper technique of AGS followed?

Been three days today. Paksuzuki first replies we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department.

After 24 hours a reply comes in asking for my vehicle details.

Another 30 hours passed no correspondence.

How ever today the dealership called me, you came in for service I hope everything was okay. Any complaints.

And then she goes on, Paksuzuki has told us to use 90# oil unless we don't have 75W.

They have poured in 90W in wagonr 2 years back aswell.

don't do that, just waste of money, always pour correct grade when it's availabe

Nop, actually 75w is not available in other brands, if you need 75w urgenty, I know owners who have 75w in opened packing (cultus owners with 1.5L remaining oil in pack) you can purchase from them also save bit of money by not wasting 0.8L

yes recommended grade for wagonR is 75w80
for alto and cultus and swift manual it's 75w90
for alto ags and cultus ags it's 75w
