Assalam o Aikum.
I booked ALTO VXL in Silky Silver color through Bank Alfalah. Bank Alfalah issued purchase order to Adil Zafar Motors Lahore on 22-12-2020 and Adil Zafar Motors issued Provisional Booking order(PBO) on dated 28-12-2020. I got delivery of my vehicle on 16-02-2021.
it is pertinent to mention here that pak suzuki offer a "Mega Saving offer with AGS Promotion" which says that on purchase of ALTO AGS through partner banks before 31-12-2020, one year maintenance package will be offered to client".
Now i visited ADIL ZAFAR MOTORS on dated 10-07-2021 for 1000km inspection. I inquired them about free oil change which is included in the maintenance package but they refused to do so and share a screenshot of system with me which is showing that i am not entitled for this free maintenance package.
As my vehicle was booked on 28-12-2020 which can be confirmed from PBO then as per "Mega saving offer terms and conditions" I am fully eligible for this package. I am continuously in touch with my dealership but they are not giving me any response.
Kindly guide me that how to manage this issue. I have already emailed pak Suzuki twice but still no response.
