It also has no spare tire, so looking at our roads and quality of general tires it seems a bad decision by Suzuki as you will be in mental stress all time for tyre puncture especially if you are traveling on motorways..

It seems auto manufacturers have agreed this with govt that they will accept FED and in return govt has reduced duty on auto parts.. as we have also not seen any voice raised so far from auto manufacturers on current budget

VXL is very well priced, I mean in 11 lac you are getting Airbags, Power Steering and 660cc efficient Engine, and Suzuki Brand, nationwide after sales and resale value.
I think this time Suzuki has taken a good decision, now Alto is the starting car from Suzuki and all the other local players, Toyota, Honda, FAW, KIA does not offer any entry level car of small engine,
it will sell like Wagon R.

Sir, its just a decoy variant which will sell in very small numbers....just like WagonR VX without AC....i have seen only handful of those on roads....so here the major sales will be of VXR and VXL AGS....After a year or so VX will be discontinued.
