Yes i have got bank leased alto vxl/ags on 4th Jan. Tentative delivery date was 6th Jan. Suzuki walo na ya chawal mari ha k invoice 29 December ki nilal k da di ha. 3 din k farak sa 2021 model da diya ha. Ab banda kitni galia nikalay in chawalo ko k 1st jan he ki invoice da daite.

bhai meri invoice date is 31st December 2021 - although my TDD was 18th Jan 2022. but i am too happy as i am totally saved from this FED/Sales tax hike wala chakkar.

went for 2nd free service of my WagonR bought in first week of Aug 2021. it completed 3100km but it was over 5 months so i changed the oil too. the cost was a whopping Rs.3744/- for oil filter+3L Ultimate 10/40 pack+GST. this is indeed too high cost for just an oil change which is excluding labour and airfilter costs. means alto k liey issay zyada expense hona hoga as oil filter of WR is of Rs.913 whereas of Alto is of Rs.1369/-. Civic/Grande ho tou itni cost samajh aati hai - not worth it at all for such economy sector small dinkies

Wow alto vxl was launched at the price of 12.95 in 2019 , naya pakistan has hit hard.

4 lac 52 thousand increase in 2 and a half years , thats 35 percent increase.

Dollar increased by 26 rupees in that period ( 16 percent) and mind you the tax rates were same back then.

Why are you using 10w40 in wagonR? Too thick for such new engine. I kept wagonR around 2 years drove 60k kms poured 0w20 from 1st oil change works absolutely fine.
Company recommends 0w20 in wagonR & recommended oil change interval is 10k kms.
Previously it was 5k same as alto.

Agreed. Not only this, imposition of additional GST on 850cc and above cars has widened the price gap between Alto and WagonR/Cultus.

Say, Alto VXR and Wagon R VXR have a whopping price difference of about Rs.331,000. Alto VXR and Cultus VXR, Rs. 484,000

Middle class segment will now seriously ponder over the price difference before deciding between the 650cc and 1000cc category.

prices were much beyond reach of a common man before - but now its even beyond reach of an upper middle class person. I really don't think any automaker can afford to offer another price hike due to any xyz reason whatsoever in good number of months to come. prices are insane. cultus/picanto costing 25+ on road price is simply absurd.
