as far as my knowledge, AGS does not give full replacement.
for 6 month old battery you will have to do partial payment.
only daewoo will give brand new replacement battery in 12 months
factory tyres and battery is rubbish. Get a good hybrid maintenance free battery for your car. it is hassle free and will last longer than conventional battery.
In my experience, the conventional acid battery always last longer than the maintenance free batteries. The AGS battery (acid) lasts more than 4.5 years in my cars. Used it in my Corolla and Khyber.Whereas the maintenance free battery lasts around 2-3 years max.
I kept Gli for exact 3 years and company fitted battery was perfect and maintenance was done by dealership never poured anything by myself so I don't think batteries installed from factory are bad but one bad quality item can be found in anything and manufactured anywhere.
AGS and all other battery brands have 6 months warranty only wether it is Lead acid or dry type or Maintenance free battery.
Only Daewoo and AC Delco Maintenance free batteries are offering 1 year warranty.
@abid110 you can easily get claim. Do it fast but you have to pay partially as it is covered almost 99% warranty time.
No need to pay even a penny, i got my battery replacement after 11 months free of cost
in relation to my battery query above, i inspected all paperwork received with car and i did not get battery warranty card at time of delivery. what can be done now
same here. now they dont give warranty card. Even in new service manuals they have removed the coupons of 1000kms service and now offering 1st service on 5000 kms.
i have personally checked the service manual of car delivered in nov 21 & car delivered in jan 22.Th
Honda is still giving battery warranty card. I got for my new Honda city. Didnt notice for my alto. I will check.
I got delivery of Suzuki Alto VxL AGS feom Peshawar dealership, they also didn't gave battery warranty card but when i asked them for battery warranty card, than they handed over the warranty card for battery as well
@abid110 Bhai.Simply go there and then ask from Suzuki showroom directly. Yaha to sab kee different opinions aa rahi hay
So I looked for any hidden wiring harness for the headlight leveling actuators but could not find any. It seems the lights were imported with the actuators but PS never bothered with the wiring harness during the assembly.
Where ecactly did you get the switch from? I would also like to get the switch and wiring harness
i got the switch from magazine lane karachi parts market in 700 rupees. it was only available with one guy.
u have to make the wiring loom for the headlights if not provided in PS.
I'm just going to order the correct wiring loom in that case. Was hoping I might find it here in Pak but if that's not the case, I'll order it from the EU. Already found the actuators and switch for my sunny. It had the wiring for both the leveling and the fog lights but didn't have the parts.
I'll update the thread here with the correct part number
Battery warrenty starts from invoice date. I replaced it from dealership with no additional charges. As my wagon R was faulty . It is replaced after 20 days of car delivery. You should contact dealership . I hope they might change. Else never buy from them .
the switch is now famous specially in lahore and islamabad.
check this ad as this guy asking insane price.....

@brownrose78 this is what i was talking about.
notice the difference in marked areas. original rims v/s the alloy rims. the load is on studs instead of hub snout on the alloy rims.
Plz check n compare offset with stock, else it will affect the already fragile suspension set up
do the cars recetly delivered have such headlights? or only the older versions had this?
the rim was installed and then taken off. the steering felt heavy despite the alloy (ultra light racing rims) which was lighter than the OEM steel wheel.
