i think otherwise, basics of contract law suggest that contract to do something against law is void!

Those have booked the car anxiously query/wait bout this rent of the money which is set by the govt, that they may be eligible to in case of delayed delivery. In most cases the excitement appears even more than the new car they are getting.

My alto AGS brake light touches with rear wind shield and makes sound on bumpy roads. I went to dealership. The guy tried to open the brake light to tighten it but he couldn’t open it.. so ultimately had to put cloth in between.. is anyone here facing the same issue..?

no , not touching.

slide open the cover on the top lamp with caution. it is fixed on hinges.
when the cover is off, adjust the light with it screws and put back the cover.

if u cant, then go to delaership and get it sorted by PS.

Booking is suspended. You can maybe book in case of a company purchase. That too would be authorized by Suzuki and booking would be done by Suzuki regional offices not dealerships.

In case you get company booking or purchase through a bank you will get 120 working days booking time.

Another way out is exchange you old car for a lesser price then market, get your car in 1 week

Trunk of my Alto 2021 was making squeaking noise. Took the car to Suzuki IG Motors Islamabad but they could not resolve the issue and wasted two hours. Took car to my mechanic and he resolved it in a minute. There are two round rubbers on the sides of trunk lid. Their height can be adjusted by rotating them clockwise/counter clockwise. Rotate them in a way that they come out a bit. In this way they will provide a cushion and small noises will go away.

Same happened with me too. My trunk was not in-line. Left side gap was more plus noisy on rough roads, however 3S dealer fixed by adjusting those rubbers.

I also went to IG motors isb. Wasted my tiMe. Couldn’t resolve my loose light issue. I think there Electrition is amateur..

What was its model and mileage?

Vava cars gave me a quote for rs. 17,00,000 (negotiable imo)
Suzuki bought it for rs.16,00,000

I got 16 from 2 dealers.

I could have fetched another 25/30k if I had bargained. But I guess I got a decent deal. I'll get 15k WHT returned/adjusted aswell. So all in all got 85k less then market.

2019 OCT AGS 28950 kma on the ODO.

The shortage is artificial. I agree its world wide. But if a vehicle isn't avalible for booking even at 120 days. How could they deliver it the same day

sir there is a thing called segmenting and keeping independent inventory.

if u look then u will find that in winters Natural Gas is only available to demoestic users in certain parts of country but industries and CNG stations are totally cut off.

i can also pass that comment that shortage is artificial as gas is available at home then why no gas for my factory?

I agree, this is the basis for supply chain. But a whooping 300,000 premium on the basis of shortage.

We also segment whole sale and Retail separately,

Alto, WagonR, Cultus, And Picanto are totally suspended for individual bookings. Suzuki is taking company orders on personal basis not dealing companies by showrooms.

While on the other hand Yaris is avalible on 30 to 60 day period since July 2021.

City isn't selling very well open invoice cars avalible for 35 to 75k premium.

My point is giving 3 lac on alto and Cultus pushes you towards Yaris automatically.

PS : I initially went for a VXR Cultus, the dealer said VXR is not available. He said I have a grey VXR invoiced, if I wanted I would have given it to you it has less premium too. But Cultus is only avalible in VXL manual or AGS.

Natural gas is atleast avalible to the retail or domestic sector. What suzuki is doing is that they are offering to individuals or companies. They are only benefiting dealerships.

sir there are contracts signed between different entities which have to be honoured in any case.

in addition to legal, there is a constructive obligation as well to attend certain customers on priority, this is how corporate culture works, we can complain but nothing else beside understanding the dynamics and try to fit in the most appropriate place, else have to stand out and just watch wats going on.

fews years back there were only 3 manufacturers offering brand new cars, now there are many more in addition to other options.

Btw, dealepship only gets a certain %age is sale of every unit.

Thats why they indulge in 'premium/on' business to earn more
