you are right, there is no special insulation in japanese 660s i have been in i.e. Mira, and Alto.

i mean .. office near to Khalid bin road.. my home travel distance now one side is around 20 km mean.. office to home and home to office now 40 km around.. so yea.

JDM imports are now big big prob. bcz LC's are not open.. and i agreed with you i also prefer less features but build quality should be solid..

actully i have AT picanto too..whenever i drive that car after that i drive alto i cant express my feelings man.. i feel i driving a donkey cart.

i really like picanto but down side is that car is fuel guzzler.. my daily drive is 40km mean.. at least i need 1k fuel a day.

Driving AGS is a pain in Karachi I agree. The vehicle doesnt downshift to 1st gear even at 8 kmph sometimes in traffic thus damaging the clutch plates. The car creates a lot of gear braking in 1st gear in traffic producing jerks all over. Driving in manual is the only thing you can do. Plus the speed breakers and big bumps where you downshift to 1st gear.

I have done something similar but one misses driving their more luxury and fast fancy car. I am not sure if i will keep my Alto for long term unless it's the second car to just go around grocery shopping while the big ar is 3rd car.

It drives like a donkey because of its very light weight and understand what you mean but Alto is not a luxury car. what Alto does well is, getting through small spaces, easy parking, low profile and fast acceleration when you need t over take. Also its the cheapest in japanese cars and maintenance due to it being new is almost nil.

The Alto has wind deflector under the bonnet.
I think it is for cooling the engine. I have not seen any reviewer showing this feature. I think currently no PK produced car from big 3 has any such feature, except the old hilux and fortuner that had hood scoop.

Anyone who is facing the issue of rear parking bulb fusing? Bulb quality is really subpar.
Few months ago rear left bulb got fused and now rear right one. Brake light filament still ok but its the parking one which breaks. Car is hardly 3 years old with no electrical modifications.

On top of that dealership don't cover it under warranty and due to stupid design you have to take apart whole rear bumper to just change the bulb, at least 10 screws and numerous clips.

Anyone using two point LED for brake/parking? Or any other alternative?

not now.. price difference has gone.. bcz of fuel consumption.. you can buy brand new picanto around 26 and slightly used around 22 to 24 max.

And Alto you can sell that car around those figures i mean all you need 2 or 3 lac if you wanna switch.. trust me..if my home distance is around 10km one sided i defiantly prefer picanto! still thinking of it!

one of my friend bought CVT Yaris.. he went to dealer ( "toyota showroom Gulistane Johar" ) yesterday with me i was confused at that time he said " bahi mujhe pedestal fan tu dia nai" he was keep saying this.. after some time i figure it out the reason in yaris you will not feel any ac cooking or v.slightly ac breeze in the back seats of yaris.

sigh kia kia kis cheez ka rona roe sigh.. ... still our nation is crazy about yaris.

i mean alto is not bad but at that price that car not justified by any mean!

Thats right this feature has gone unsung.
It is something different from all locally produced cars.

Further it has big resonator on air intake too.

Bookings are closed even for Corporate, I was lucky to get hold of a booking few days ago that too o corporate for VXR AGS. VXL is being discontinued per dealership's sources.
