Alto VXL car's side mirrors got stolen from DHA Phase 6 car was parked at a open plot unfortunately it most probably has been done by the kids who pick up garbage from the dumpsters as people around the bock informed me just went to tibet center and got local ones for 2000 checked for original ones the non powered genuine ones were 22000 for the pair no one had the retract ones

VERY SAD FOR YOUR LOSS.

I went to Naseer autoes to get mirrors as my car is insured. the retratc mirrors for vxl is Rs.60,500/- and not available in any showroom in karachi. they have ordered it and will take more than 2 weeks. its already been 2 weeks and no news. the normal VXR ones are for Rs. 18000 brand new at suzuki.

for the time being i have installed retract universal ones from magazine lane for 4500/- with fitting and metal plate base. these universal ones are so common that they install them in every other city, cultus and swift even vitz and old corollas.

they look a bit hidious but they do the job. i would suggest to install the VXR standard ones. dont buy the VXL original retract ones from magazine lane becuase they are surely stolen ones from any other similar alto.

Very important point. This is the exact reason parts are stolen repeatedly.

aur phir suzuki ka rona k sales nahee horahee, loss horaha hai, plant bnd kerna pergya.....

they have been a part of Honda/toyota/suzuki cartel whose roots goes from PAMAA, officials of autopolicy makers in govt to every single vendor manufacturing parts for PS.

they charge high premium on pathetic quality cars like the alto 660cc spoiler was sold by PS showrooms in 48000/- initially. ab koi nahee lagwaraha to price uski 8717/- hochukee hai.

In February 2023 Alto VXR, side mirror Japanese box pack piece from dealership was of 8500 one side.

i think it costs 3500 from dealership, daraz etc have many variant 500 to 3500

all look similar, dont know who to trust

Majority in the market are fake. We can only trust dealership in this case.

Guys anyone has any idea if left side adjustable air vent for alto can be found unfortunately I broke it somehow. I am searching online but not finding anything for Alto 660 but found wagon r & cultus ones.

I think cultus has same as alto, try visiting a showroom to compare side by side then order online.

same i asked to dealer the cost was 3500 i was surprised bcz it seems like a normal filter i was thinking wt so sepcial about it...i did not order from daraz ..then after some research. i bought from market ... and by look wise and build quality wise it was better then already installed air filter.. and ac filter i changed first time before that i never changed nor my dealer changed .. ODO meter now 10k .

fake or real ii dont know wt to day . but i compared with already installed air and ac filter ..found better and i went for it.

i thought i should give it a try .. and till now AC is working fine no issue... even now a days too much hot in karachi.

if u think dealer is better go for it before that at least compare with market OEM Air filter and AC filter..thanks

as @ifadey said, most of the filters in the market are fake. plus their packing is also fake.

I have used the AC filter both local one and the one from dealership. the one with the dealership lasts longer than the market cheap one as the ac filter from dealer ship costs Rs. 4300/- and it goes for more than 10k kms.

as for the airfilter, the original from dealership is way better than the market ones plus the market ppl dont pay taxes on the sales of these cheap filters manufactured locally.

the damage to the cooling coil and the engine internals effects slowly which we dont notice by using cheap filters but in the end it will damage the pockets well.

Is anyone installed Wagon R original Alloy rims in 660cc Alto? What are the good and bad observations?

i havent installed them, but i have inspected as they are a perfect fit for alto.
the size, the width of the rim and the weight of the rim is perfect for alto and doesnt puts any load on the suspension.

they are light weight as compared to the other chines brands
their width is lesser i,e, 4.5 inch as compared to other Chinese ones which are either 5.5 or 6 inches.

how much $$$ you are getting the rims?
