So the Big question is if everyone who booked after the launch got the delivery date of September/October and you were only supposed to pay the balance 20 days before the delivery when the dealership called, and only few of them paid the full amount who got calls from dealership.

So the price of 1295000 was fake because no one is going to get their cars at this price now. This is fraud.

I just paid out as i had cash in my account, I still am firm on the fact that all cars booked will only have to pay booking price as per 30th July, only those who are made aware of the letter of 31 July can be made to pay higher.

Just on a side note trying to get someone from legal department to go through and inform.

But the clause is very very clear in terms of booked price and payment before TDD

I mean if you are informed of this letter at the time of booking that price at the time of delivery will be applicable then can you enforce this clause.

But still the PBO document does not mention this exclusively that prices at the time of delivery will be applicable. It only mentions that retail prices will be applicable for those who fail to pay before TDD
