I've have recently learned to drive n i wanted to ask does driving the car in low gear effects fuel efficiency

no its will not effect fuel efficiency if u are maintaining the speed to gear ratio..

Ahan.. becoz i m driving the new alto vxl.. n i've driven it 216km maintaing the speed in 4th gear occasionally jumping to 5th.. as i m still a leaner.. the problem is the fuel average in the cluster hasnt moved from 11.7km/L

hmm...i gueess u might driving with heavy foot as u still in learnning phase its also effects fuel efficiency... and secondly full up ur tank and then check manualy .how much km u run in full tank.. this is the best moost accurate way of checking car avg..

Heavy foot .. dont knw... i mean i keep the speed between 40 to 50.. filled tank i haven't tried.. i have twice filled the tank n both time half.. good suggestion.

and also reset ur fuel avg in cluster ..when u fill up ur tank..

Here i am right behind it in my cultus and can see the rear lights well....in the gap ahead about 2 bikes could be fitted in between perpendicular to the road

Got my VXR today
Need Help on followings
1. No Warranty Card, As Per Dealer it's online according to your Delivery Date.
2. Got Fuelup of 1000, 8.45LTR, got 3 Fuel Lights only
3. How to Protect it in Rain, have got Car Cover, but still..
4. Is it ok to Run it 300-400KM at this point?

5000km tak gari ko pyar se chalaen, 80 se uper na jaen or pedal ko halka dabaen.
Barish main kuch nahi kia jasakta, haan metal parts per agar rust nazar aaey to foran WD 40 uspe spray kerain, new car hai to rust k chances negligible hain.
Kahen bhi chalay jaen is waqt 1000rs mein itna hi petrol mil raha hai.
Paksuzuki ko email kerain to confirm about warranty card and online warranty, dealers bahot dramay kertay hain ajkal.

Fuel efficiency has everything to do with what gear you're in. Higher the gear, higher the fuel efficiency.

I usually drive in 4th gear with speed around 40 45 50.. but i think even after driving it at such low speed the fuel efficiency is low.. may b its the fuel or somthing... i took a brother's suggestion n had my tank filled full....

Best economy is between 60-80 KM/H

Wishes for new ride.

1)it is true that no warranty card coming eith new ps cars, they will accomdate warranty issues on showing your car docs. It is centralized system and you can nation wide ant delearship to avail warranty.

2)3 point with 1000 fuel is absolutely fine, keep in mind that last point start blinking to showvreserve condition. On this blinking point u can drive 30km but not recommended as it can deteriorate fuel pump.

3)built quality is good so no nees to cover in mild rain

Dear i think this is new technolw that have no concept of breaking in period. So avoid harsh pedal, but can drive without any hesitation of limots

Thanks. But my dealer demanding 45 k. He said 44 k + - is the actual charges. I already deposited filer tax 7500 with po.
