Anyone having issues trying to connect to Bluetooth on the Factory player???

The problem I am facing is....i search for the player on my phone. When 'Alto BT' appears, I click on it and the player resets itself.

I have tried from other phones too and the player keeps resetting but not connecting. Tried resetting the device, but the problem still persists.

Connecting bt with vxl infotainment is very easy. Easier thn my 1.6 altis unit. There must be something wrong with yours it shouldn't reset. Ask for replacement in warranty.

Yea. I guess it's a faulty unit.

I'm just kicking myself coz I checked it after I collected the car yesterday. I should have checked this at the Dealer itself.

Same. I also booked on full payment on 31st July. Although I haven't inquired about additional payable amount yet. A few suggestions:

Question?
1) What city are you from and who is your dealer/showroom?

Suggestion:
1) Contact Suzuki directly and ask them if this is even the case or is the dealer playing you?
2) Get in touch with someone on this forum who had booked on full amount and has taken the delivery without paying the additional amount. Ask them for a copy of thier invoice or delivery document and go to Suzuki with that claiming that since others didnt pay, neither should you since you booked on full payment before price increase.

i contacted official suzuki regional office not showroom from where i booked it, tu no one is getting commission other than suzuki

Is there anyone who booked Alto in June or July with partial amount and later on clear the balance payment before price increase i.e. 31st July, 2019 and have got the delivery without any further price adjustment.

Got my first 1000kms service done. They absolutely did nothing apart from lifting the car up. Also i had jumbo accessories package installed at a price of 5600rs. It includes black artificial leather seat covers, front headrest neck supports, top car cover and steering cover.

It has no air press so a waste.

Btw they should have cleaned spark plugs too

Was also missing the reverse camera so got one installed today
