36 psi is obviously correct because it's manufacturer's recommendation. People who manufactured the car knows better.
It's the tyre which is problematic. Pak Suzuki is using tyre which can have max 35 psi. They should have used tyre whose max psi is 42.
The same problem is faced by Wagon R owners. I bought CBU Wagon R in early 2015 when Pak Suzuki was importing it directly from Indonesia. The tyres installed in it accept 42 psi max pressure and I was comfortably using 36 - 38 psi in them and tyres easily lasted more than 50,000km.
I would recommend to keep using 36psi until or unless the roads you drive on are not good. In that case don't go below 34psi. Always try to stay closer to what manufacturers recommend.
