As you mentioned the Junkyard parts for Liana, same will be the case with Ciaz, in a few years. I don't think it will be a big issue. Plus, most manufacturers try to manufacture parts which can be used on multiple cars. Not sure about Ciaz, but that is the case, as you mentioned, with Liana/Swift/Jimny.
As for V2, it's mechanical parts are also available in the market. I recently got some suspension work done on my V2, Z-links, suspension bushes, arms, CV joints, shocks etc are all available. I myself purchased Z-links and suspension bushes from the market, not a single part was purchased from the dealer. V2 is also based on the Vitz platform, and hence a lot of parts are interchangeable. The engine is a copy of Gli's 1.3, and similar is the case with transmission.
I am not sure which car will share platform with Ciaz, but there will be plenty of parts in the junkyard and the open market within a year or two. Ciaz is a really good car which is only lacking in sales as of now due to our mentality of resale. It is beating the 6th gen City in India, in terms of sales, which has not even been launched in Pakistan. The decade old City is not even a fair comparison.
