It don't come as much as in Honda cars, but closer to that of Corollas. It really negligible and not as bothersome as it sounds.

Yes no messing. My final say is neither Suzuki has come up with a gem in shape of Ciaz, nor by buying Ciaz we have lost our whole world as people trying to tell us here. At launch, once Honda prices were low, then obviously Ciaz was over priced, but today, if someone wanna buy a news car, then Ciaz is way better option than City in all aspects. No manual City is below 2 Million. Rest everyone who is spending this much has enough shaoor to make good decision as per their requirement. You buy City or Corolla it wont be like that you have made a deal where your future generations would have an awsome royal life resultantly.

@fajoo241 and @leopard411 so that means it is built like this and it doesn't bother as much, cool. And how is the power steering in general ? I assume it is EPS. And also, please share about the AC performance as well in summers.

Untill I read steering problem here, I didnt know it was like that. Its EPS, very smooth and effortless. AC performance of manual is v good, in AT 4000 RPM what i feel it trips momentarily, but its very seldom your reach to that RPM. As it has excellent insulation and sound proofing, AC cooling stays even if you switch it off for sometime longer than others.

Ahan that's nice. Are you owning a manual or an auto variant ? And one thing i also wanted to confirm, I have gone through all the specs of this car, and found out that it weighs only 975 kg which is good for fuel economy, but does it make any difference when driving at high speeds (i.e on motorway etc) since more weight is believed to provide good stability. So, does the car's light weight put any compromise in terms of stability etc especially on higher speeds

Just google Ciaz light weight and you will get many answers of your questions. "Ciaz is built from an all-new chassis constructed with high-tensile steel, which gives ultimate rigidity to the body, while keeping the weight low" is just and example.

Whats my finding, driving over 140kph on motorway when you overtake a bus a slight drag is felt that i think cz of its light weight body but never felt it out of control thing. Below this speed everything is fine and its very very stable.

That slight drag tou corolla mein bhi feel hoti hai at 140.Corolla is i think 1375kg . At this speed most sedans mein feel hogi unless you have a very heavy SUV. Its the wind that is blowing on the sides of the bus etc.

Any big bus will deflect the wind to the left and right of it and when you cross it you are hit by that wind a little

I have both ciaz and corolla 2006, never felt that in corolla btw. As i mentioned even in the presence of that drag car is is in full control.
One more thing, ciaz has as good ground clearance as corolla but its cornering is better than corolla at speed.

Maybe you have better tires on your corolla than me. Im still running those stock EuroStars

Sir parts toh ajjeb ajeeb JDMs k mil jatay hein, yeh toh paroos mei ban rahi hai both in China (as Alivio) and India, smuggled, OEM and genuine parts, all available. Depends on your pocket. E.g best quality Chinese sun visors are available for 1600/- OEM one 16000/-

I am seriously done with you here. I preferred not to pay for synthetic leather seats being branded as genuine leather and spent that money elsewhere. My car is better then any 'FCTORY' aspire here.

Aslam Aliakum. Is ciaz transmission is cvt or simple?

I have driven Honda City 1.3 Automatic.. Its give aloy of jerks while shifting gears... I am confused about Ciaz.. Has it same kind of transmission or better than that?

Actually, it does compare with Gli, not city. City is a smaller car with fewer gadgets, lesser space, poor suspension however good fuel economy. In Ciaz, you're getting City's fuel economy with a GLI's suspension and drive comfort.
In India, Honda city was way ahead in sales than poor corolla. But there comes CIAZ and it out sales city 6 months in a row. Keep in mind that since there is no Civic in India, City is Honda's crown jewel and ciaz mopped the floor with it.
Ciaz SHOULD take the lead over corolla and Honda city as it has best aspects of both.
