Looks like we all are bitten from freaking untrained shit mechanics, i am having same problems the car jerks alot specially between 2-3k rpm keeps missing ,lagging and if you floor the car it will give you a hard jerk and then move forward. plus all the vaccum pipes are messed up that too by the ushtaadd gggg's i am totally fedup now. I need a expert mechanic who actually know's about cultus carburetor in Rawalpindi please help.

I hope you have solved your carb issues, if not you can see Mushtaq ustad as mentioned above. I have been to him earlier. But make sure he does the setting himself. And if you are facing any problems after his works you should visit him and get settings done. Cheers

first install new plugwires and spark plugs,check your ignition coil.

then go after carburetor

The carburetor issues were solved up to much extent before lock down I went to a carburetor specialist in chah sultan the only thing i am facing issue now is that i have to press the padle before starting to make sure it starts on auto choke and rpm is around 1k without pressing the pedal it will start at 500 rpm and i have to press pedal and rpm goes above 1k and autochoke starts working. Also there is a little bit knocking on giving pedal at slow speed on higher gear.

Badar engineering in chah sultan are good. I got my carburetor serviced from them once many years back when I had butterfly issues.

Average is good now 13,14 on local didn't got a chance to go on a long route.

That's normal by design. You have to press pedal before starting to engage Auto choke. It does not engage by itself.

Both Auto choke engage and disengage is triggered by accelerator pedal. If you start car with Auto choke engaged and don't press pedal, it won't disengage even when car is fully warmed up.

Autochoke operate by heating element using electricity. It is placed right side of carbeurator enclosed in black cup like structure. When engine heat up. This auto choke disengaged using current after heating of bimetalic autochoke.

That is ceramic heater and operates a bimetal. That part only applies force in initial stages to control Auto choke position but it is locked by fast idle cam. Fast idle cam has 5 steps that control choke position and it is locked unless you press accelerator pedal. It changes choke position according to engine temp but only steps when pedal is pressed.

I am getting 11 with AC. Without it it was 12 to 13

Okay thanks for the detailed reply, yeah I guess that is the only way.

It should be 12,13 according to my observation it only reduces 2 km per litre on ac.

What is he charging for full service ?
I have problem of jerks/missing in cold start for about 5 mins if i press paddle during that it gives a jerk and it goes fine and same again ...but when engine reaches optimum temp then even sudden flooring there is no jerks...2ndly im facing slight jerks if car is put in second gear and no acceleration...
Spark plugs are fine
Plug cables are also good have checked them with a multimeter
Have changed fuel filter
Using zic 10w40
... Other than that
My car pick is great and avg is 12-13 with ac and 15 without ac in isb...

Seems like mixture adjustment is required. Any good mechanic should be able to adjust it, or better yet take it to enercon tune-up center. They can adjust it properly with analyzer. Do you see black smoke or petrol smell during cold startup?

Well today i have adjusted it again my self to 3 turns before this it was on 2 turns...
But problem is still there!
No black smoke or petrol smell....just some fresh oil smell which i can also feel from my corolla...
I have showed to 4 mechanics ...
Two of them said tappet problem🤦‍♂️
One said its fuel filter or plug wires...both checked..
And last one said tuning karao​
This car is 2001 model and never used cng...
