Little update fr u guys.recieved cultus at 6pm.asked the mechanic what was issue.he told me tht we havent found any leaks yet again.i was amazed to hear tht statement as gas has leaked twice in last 6 months.he said they have doubt on heater seals so they have replaced it under warranty.i asked the guys whether he was sure or not tht gas will not leak.he replied sir its a car we cant be sure about it and gas might leak again.but till now he is sure problem wont b there anymore.he told me tht we have to wait fr 3 more months and see whether gas is leaking or not.if it leaks they will check inner coil and its a hectic job.it can take as long as 4 days to resolve tht issue atleast the mechanic told me.

expensive. they make bill around 6 to 7k. stopped going to dealership after 15k. will now visit at 30k

If we miss any service from dealerships, does it void the warranty?
Secondly, can we purchase the oils & filters from market and ask them to change, just to have the service done through dealership?

As per my experience they just changed gear oil mobil oil and oil filter at 5k service if u ask me personally ill recommend u to go to dealership price main zyada difference nhn and if u use other than suzuki oil it will void warranty

warranty is void. the thing is oil and filter price are fine but they charge other misc expenses like labour charges, nut and bolts tightening etc and make bill around 6k. they even tried to change sparke plugs at 15k lol. i stopped them and in return they said at 20k they will be replaced. so in short they are just looting customers.

5K service is free you have to pay for parts not for labour .

Thanks brother. And cost of parts ka roughly idea de saktey hain? Overall Is it cheap to maintain than passo?
Passo after every 5k, has an expense of around Rs. 4000 on changing engine oil (Rs. 3000, 4L pack), oil filter (Rs. 400), Air filter (Rs. 650).
I want to know that on dealership what is charged for 0W-20 engine oil, air and oil filter & transmission oil which changes at 5k?
Any member who have gone through this 5k service may please share.

Maintenance cost around 6 to 7k i think i haven't done yet because my ODO reading is 4k atm but soon i am going for my 5k service. Do only things which are mention in your maintenance book , Don't go for any extra work they will advice you do this do that so instruct them before dont do any extra work without my knowledge other wise i am not gonna pay a single penny . on 5k just Oil change , Air filter, Oil filter , Clean plugs , fluide check , Nuts bolts check , engine tuning

I am looking for AGS. This vehicle is really short in the market. Infact i am shifting from passo to cultus. Its my first time that i will be using local manufactured car, thats why i am concerned regarding these maintenance and dealership issues.
I do hope my first experience to be good.
Are you satisfied with this cultus and mileage you are getting?
Any point/issue that you would like to highlight with your experience, before buying this vehicle??

5k inspection should not be more than 3.5k. don't remember maybe less than 3k. 3L oil at that time cost 1700 something, oil filter was 400 or 600 while gear oil was also cheap
