i bought vxl variant in april, and during 1000km free service in the month of june, i complained that rear view mirror is faulty, i usually park my car under shade, but if i had to park under sun for some time, then rear view mirror rubbers got lose, and the mirror start making khar khar noise while driving, but after 5 minutes when AC cools the environment then the issue vanished. and no khar khar sound from rear view mirror.

i also have the video of this issue made on 12 November when the temperature was only 24 or 25 in Islamabad.

in June , the warranty officer has seen the issue and also accepted the issue, and ordered the rear view mirror, and ask me to wait for two months as this part will reach Islamabad in two months, but after two months he keep on saying that he has to take special permission from Karachi , if they allow then i'll replace in only 10 minute..
but every time he waste my time saying Karachi office is close or they need a video etc, still issue is not resolved.
then i contacted on customer center email, but they sent bluff email that dealership is done road test of your car and no issue found, even no one drove my car.. very pathetic behavior of pak suzuki ...

This issue was pending at end of Suzuki Azim Motor, I-10/3 islamabad.
today they sent me the bluff email of test drive of my car 2nd time, then i got angry and emailed on regional office rawalpindi and contact center karachi, and asked to send me the detail of the person who did test drive of my car, bcz no one drove my car. I warn them for taking LEGAL action on this bluff email.
then i got call from regional office they said go to Suzuki Islamabad I-9 islamabd, i went there they compared my rear view mirror with zero meter car and found the fault.. and ordered , and ask me to wait for 15 days.
hopefully they will change it in 15 days.

Warranty can be claimed from any suzuki authorised dealer even if you have bought from some other authorised dealer? Please confirm

Congratulations!
Yes... until you reach 920 to 1000 km:

no sudden acceleration
don't cross 100km/h
be gentle with gear ratios

After that, first check up.

Press and hold "sound" n get into LOUD mode. Already the deck has alot of potential.

Also check whether bass, treble and mid is on +7, +7,

Guys what should be Cultus VXL RMP on idle state with AC as well as without AC.?

Bro in summer, meri vxl 900 p hoti thi cold start p, and in winter, 1100.. And doesn't alter with ac..just 900 se 950 p jati thi summer mein maximum...

Saqib I also used to have same 900, but since few days, the RMP become down itself to 800 in between drive and car shows less power. Altough the car already tuned by suzuki last month
Even at 900 it shows less power
