What is the delivery time of Cultus VXL these days?

Hello, i bought new Suzuki cultus in march 2020,currently odo is above 3500km only. Usually i use this as an second car in city only. The issue is I'm getting very low milage in city around 10 to 12 km/l hardly.despite, several members claiming 15 to 16 km/L. Recently i have also changed its first oil and poured 0w20 supper fuel efficient from suzuki dealership. I get my tank full from PSO, Hyderabad almost every time and have calculated manually though and it comes above mentioned average. Can you please all worthy members highlight what it causes in getting low mileage.

Last 3 full tank avg in city with AC) 16.2, 15.5, 14.6

Below are the some factors to compare based on my last fuel tanks:
Driving style: I usually drive between 1.6-2.5 rpm (max 50-80 km/h; within city its decent enough i think.)

Avg number of passengers on car: 2-3(including driver)

Avg Traffic Situation / idling: medium(never got stuck in traffic (signal) for more than 10minutes).

What would be the reason behind getting this very low milage? Though, i have put in super efficient ow20 from the dealership. I remember, when I was looking for reviews before buying, some members mentioned that mainly after 4k to 5k km consumption improves gradually? Is it correct?

Usually i get 350 km on full tank in city driving. Perhaps, i have get 17km/l on highway. While city driving my rpm remains between 1.6 to 2.5 or touches 3 as well.

My next oil change is due on 7500 km on odo. I talked to dealership regarding the issue of consumption. They told me we will done first tuning on this oil change and you may get good average hopefully.

Its okay. The kind of traffic and road conditions we have in Hyderabad, even the Alto 660cc is struggling to do 15 kmpl.

True. Idling time is one of major factor that impact mileage.
Most of main road in Lahore are almost signal free like DHA, Jail road, ferrozpur, Gulberg, Walton road etc so if someone traveling mostly on these roads will gee higher average than those traveling in androon Lahore and multan road, mall road etc.

12 kms/ lit is not good enough but the traffic goes on a very slow pace that is why avetage isdue arises.

Please confirm change interval of plugs? Also share if somone have experience of using irridium plugs in Cultus.

Suzuki recommended interval is 30k kms
As for now, using Stock plugs
If you are searching iridiums, denso iridium power ixu22 and iridium tough vxu22 are good options
