If you are calling from your cellphone, try calling from a landline number.
I was also facing this problem but then I used a landline and it connected immediately.

It is same both from Land Line or cellphone.
Call connects, IVR reponds that call will be recorded for quality assurance, then their lousy promo starts. This is how Suzuki connects with its customers.

Cultus VXL's audio head unit (LCD - factory installed) has frozen a couple of times over the past one year. Basically, the buttons remains clickable but nothing happens. 1st time, the dealership just disconnected and re-connected the battery and it worked fine again. 2nd time, the car remained parked for a couple of days after the issue came up and now the battery is dead. No other lights etc were left on.

Anyone else faced this issue?

The dealership update the booking form with tentative delivery in about 3 weeks time.

But I got the delivery call in about exactly 45 days from booking date.
