There are multiple differences
Like engine gasket set, cylinder head gasket, head cover gasket, intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, oil pump o rings, throttle body, intake air temperature sensors, intake pipe, exhaust manifold, oxygen sensor, complete muffler assembly, fuel pump assemblies, fuel injectors, fuel delivery pipes, engine oil pump, radiator, radiator pipes, even radiator fan, water hoses, cylinder head assembly, even the cylinder block isn't same, knock sensors, oil sump, pistons, Connecting rods, bearings, crankshaft, intake and exhaust camshafts both are different, intake exhaust valves, tappets are same in both I think, timing chains are also different, intake manifolds also aren't same, clutch plates, pressure plates, transmission shafts, all gears, transmission cases, and hundreds of small internal components which I don't remember, are different which can't use used in other k10b
Just like, snapdragon 888 and 865 both are snapdragon 8 series chips, still there's generational difference, same case here
