The rear seats are alot better from alto and wagonr. They get a jump on every pot hole, speed break. Rear passenger literally jump if you are speeding past 60km/H.
I thot the horn wasn't loud because of better insulation, since in alto it felt the horn was inside the cabin 
Already had a big scratch on the lower dashboard at delivery, I ignored it.
Yes initially I planned on replacing the tires at delivery, but driving it a 100kms on day one I feel the tires are ok, don't have much road noise aswell.
With Wagonr I had to replace tires since it literally shakes with factory tire size.
I also feel the seats are raised, which gives raised height feel and better road visibility.
With control price of Cultus VXL manual and AGS Yaris is still 4 lack more prices both MT and CVT.
Compare to Cultus VXR Yaris is a 6 lac jump.
Still sedans a bit too far 
Also,
The steering is so huge, it is very hard to locate volume switches on the audio unit while driving. And they are positioned on the left for drivers ease.
