i was about to clean my car underneath but surprised to see the dirt and rust. can you tell me how to clean this rust? or is it cleanable? pic is attached.
besides this if you notice anything else, please let me know so i will try to solve it on priority. quick response will be appreciated

Get lacquer sprayed underneath or leave it as it is. Looks like car is washed that's why rust is more visible.

Oil spray beneath a car is actually HARAM. Not recommended at all

This is just "surface rust" wont do any damage to your car

Get the rust treated or just spray some rust converter on it plenty of rust converters are available in market now adays and get the car undercoated.(peace of mind atleast for next 3-4 years)
Suzuki dealership used to take 3000/-RS for undercoating about 2 year's back don't know about current rates.

Actually car's usually come with some sort of light rubberised undercoating from factory to prevent rusting but here when we usually get our car washed the service station guy's spray oil beneath the car which just destroys that undercoating and the car starts to rust.

Yeah. That's the reason I don't get my car washed from service stations. Chip monks work there who won't listen to you even if you strictly forbid them not to wash engine bay or spray oil underneath the car. They will do exactly what their JAHIL Ustaad has taught them. On the top of that they use surf which is the killer of paint. Your car will shine temporarily after wash but paint will start fading away slowly.

Best is to wash your car at home and use shampoo. Even if you just sprinkle water on car with water pipe or hose and do not wash thoroughly with shampoo, it is enough for removing dust and dirt from parts where cloth won't help. Just a 5 minute job.

I visited workshop for following works.
Kenchi replaced, tie rod repaired, steering opened and repaired. There was a play in steering. Labor cost for all this work 4500/- . Now i feel steering is a bit hard now but mechanic says it will be OK after running few kms.

Now i need to know if alignment is necessary now after replacement of kenchi?

Ref rust - ok i m not servicing my car and avoid pil spray. Will think about undercoat and ine option given by @hassantahir2

Steering would become fine after sometime.
Alignment is necessary after changing or doing any kind of suspension work.

Streering does get a bit hard after suspension (control arm ) work it will be fine after some time and alignment is important after such work done

alignment done alhamdolillah.
steering is a bit harder because (according to mechanic) he opened steering panel and repaired. I think the word he used "channel/column" i am not sure of it.
